Holding a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from North Park Theological Seminary, Pastor Wilson blends spiritual insight with practical systems to strengthen leadership infrastructure, clarify vision, and promote healthy ministry practices.
He has a special passion for supporting pastors during critical seasons including sabbaticals, helping foster rest, renewal, and long-term sustainability. His mission is to help pastors lead well, serve faithfully, and build ministries that are healthy, effective, and enduring.
